The goal is to have youth build an airplane under the guidance of resources supplied by Aviators by Design. With that goal in mind, we will develop training and educational programs for the youth that will build multiple skills and improve their knowledge.

Through the process of building the project plane, which is a Zenith STOL CH750, we want the youth to recognize the relationship of Freedom and Responsibility. Also that Aviation is an Earned Reward and that Pilots develop self-reliance.

This program develops mechanical skill, skills in math, avionics, welding, sheet metal fabrication, aircraft covering, and social skills to name a few. It also develops teamwork by working with professionals that are there to supervise and advise the youth as they build their own airplane.

The plane will be built by the kids, they will learn to fly their airplane and then the plane will be used as a club plane for them to fly.
